About me

My Name is Ise, I use they them pronouns.  I work as Somatic or Embodied counsellor and Body worker in Glasgow, Renfrewshire and online.
I have other professions and educations in my life that i feel are all complimenting my trade as Somatic counsellor.

My background is in Performance and Visual Arts. I also work as a joiner and cabinet maker.

Through the Art context i started working with my body, alone and as part of collectives. It was here where we developed a critical understanding of oppressive systems that we live in through our bodies.

The trauma these Oppressions cause is showing up in our present bodies and intergenerationally in our ancestors lineages. I bring this understanding to my sessions.

I am commited to my values of a radical, decolonial and Queer Feminist approach in the work i offer.

My practice is informed by consent.
